RAPTURE THEORY

Recently when I was at Ubungo bus terminal, Dar-es-salaam,Tanzania (near police post) I saw something which some of you have already seen. What I saw was a billboard talking about what is famously known as "Rapture Theory" a teaching derived from Matthew 24:40,41. Notice the billboard is predicting the exact day of the event, May 21 2011.

These pictures were taken at an angle due to sun reflection.

From what we read on Matt 24:36 "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only, we can surely tell that their "testimony is not true" and it is one of theirs.

Things to ponder:
i)Can't this be what is being warned in Mat 24:23-26 " Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. . ."Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not."??
ii) What event are we being prepared of to witness on such a time? Are we being prepared for the arrival of Matraya ?
iii) Who are these people sponsoring such advertisements?

Please feel free to share what you can tell on such kind of messages and the like. So that we might be "thogoughly equipped" with knowledge for our own salvation and that of the other

  1. This a fulfilment of Matthew 24:24, "For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect"
Brethren, let us be careful, otherwise and surely we will be misled.

remember "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only" What about SINFUL human beings? But in any way and under under any circumstance Jesus said NO. I insist NO. Only GOD THE FATHER knows the Correct date.

    That is my opinion.

  2. I call this a ‘Hollywood spillover’ with much of the world population glued onto Hollywood movies (on TVs and Internet) about the end of the world it is easier for false prophesying to slip into people’s minds. It is the way the Devil spins the word of God to his advantage, much as he did when he was trying Jesus.

It is deliberate that whoever prepared the billboard (in my opinion, a false prophet) intentionally did not want people to know what verse 21 and 22 in the same chapter says. I quote: 1Thessalonians 5: 21-22 “Prove all things; hold fast which is good. Abstain from all appearance of evil.” I John 4:1 adds; “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirit if they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.” We just need the Holy spirit to teach us day and night so we are not swayed away from our True faith.

And the churches then shout "not even the Son" dont know....?

We listen to this message night after night in South Africa via radio broadcasts of Family Radio. Anybody can check the Scripture it is all "written"...!

21 May 2011 is the beginning of Judgment Day....! Please check the Scriptures...the Holy Bible.

May God have mercy on each one of us.
